Hab mir grad den Piloten angesehen und kann mich noch nicht ganz entscheiden. Die Serie hat definitiv was für sich und einige geniale Szenen gehabt - nicht zuletzt wegen dem Ambiente von Afrika, das so ein extremes Fernweh in mir geweckt hat.

Den Hauptcharakter mag ich relativ gerne, wobei ich die Szenen in der Bar sogar noch besser fand, als die eigentlichen Handlungen selbst. Dennoch kann er die Serie tragen. Lindy Booth gefällt mir immer, wobei ich hoffe, dass ihre Rolle noch ausgebaut wird und sie mir zeigen kann.

So ganz ist mir jedoch noch nicht klar, was wir zu erwarten haben und stellenweise fand ich einige Szenen irgendwie zu langatmig bzw. lag das glaub ich daran, dass ich nicht wusste, worauf die Serie hinaus will.

Werde wohl noch ein paar Episoden dranbleiben, hoffe jedoch, dass es aufwärts geht und die Serie mich irgendwann packen kann, anstatt mich nur kurz zu unterhalten.

Oha, Tom Fontana, ausführender Produzent von "Oz" und "Homicide: Life on the Street", mit einem neuen Projekt? Dann muss ich ja doch mal reinschauen.
Und Michael K. Williams scheint auch dabei zu sein? Pflicht!
